Black Friday has passed and the holiday shopping season is in full swing. The Softcard Mobile Wallet app*, a joint venture between Verizon and two other major wireless carriers, is a great way to cash in on some holiday savings.
You can access Softcard on the Google Play Store. It’s available on top smartphones like Droid Turbo and Sony Xperia Z3v. Softcard lets you pay directly from your smartphone as well as access brand loyalty cards, mobile coupons and special offers from local retailers.
To complete a transaction, you simply open the app, select the desired credit card and tap your phone on the terminal at the point of purchase, using your existing cards and accounts to buy your items.
