My JBL Everest 300 Headphones switches off on its own whilst connected to a bluetooth device and in use. It also doesn't respond when i attempt to update its firmware

I have a problem with getting sound to be in sync for videos. I tried to upgrade the firmware but I was not able to link the headphones to the app. This is because the model for the headphones is not available on the app.
Our JBL Everest 300 doesn't support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency audio codecs. Since these headphones are designed to be used for listening to music, watching videos may have an audio-video delay. Is it supposed to work (audio and voice) with Google Meet on Windows 10 Google Chrome?? I tried on different PC's and browsers and both cases had only noise when selected voice and audio. Please let me know.

The left earphone has suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried restarting, recharging, and other devices. It’s a year old and hasn’t been dropped.

Headphones worked great for some time, but now they 'time-out' after a few minutes and I have to delete from my computer bluetooth and re-install to get them working again. But this only lasts a few minutes and then I have to go repeat the process

Having trouble pairing these with my son’s kindle fire. It’s not seeing the headphones. The Bluetooth pairing light is flashing on the headphones but the kindle doesn’t show them in its list of available devices.

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas & the headphones do not stay connected as Bluetooth - they connect for about 30-60 seconds & then disconnect. Any suggestions?
