Very disappointed

I bought these 6 months ago and have never been so unhappy with a set of earbuds. The only good things about them are the battery life and the sound quality. For 3 months I've only had use of the right earbud. They don't stay balanced and fall off often. the pieces that bend on each side poke me in the neck constantly. Just not the quality I'm used to from JBL.

Got this refurbished. 1st day bluetooth connection is awesome, then starting to static at 5ft'. Mic doesn't work.

I've been using lots of other Bluetooth headset brands for the last 5 yrs and was always thinking about purchase this model or not . Luckily Aug 26, 2019 may be my lucky day and i order it just like that . Wow Boom it is awesome . The Bass on it is very good and can't complain and so much good from other vendor product . Very comfortable to have it stay in the ear for more then 5hrs+ and good for walking and jogging too and fits how it supposed to be and sits there . Like the Voice tone is says on and off from others

Very happy with the product but 1st one had problems with battery. Can’t charge after one use. This is my 2nd pair. Another I don’t like is no battery light to show battery life.

I just get it refurbished and works as new. Fit is ok. Sound is as excellent as usual with JBL. Nice features, like the night light for outdoor activities at night. Also battery life is excellent about 8 hr. I have it for like a month already and I already bought a second pair for a gift.

Issue with phone calls

Recently i bought this, it is working fine with whats up videos and Facebook videos but not hearing anything when i tried to make a call or receive a call.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I bought the refurbished pair and they are great. I'm not a fan of earbuds but once I got used to them and fit them in properly the sound was great. The bass is surprisingly good and they cancel out a lot of noise. They did cut out when I turned my head to the left , Battery life is good but I just use them for the gym.

How do you know when you get a call? Does the headset vibrate at all? I have the LG Tone Pro 750 and like it. This is more geared toward exercise. I am looking for something like this.

What version of bluetooth does this have?

I bought a pair and have had them about a year. They have now stopped charging. If I plug them in the charge light turns off after about a minute of charging. They won't turn on. Any advice?

I purchased my first pair a little over a month ago. Within the first 2 weeks they stopped charging, luckily I was able to exchange this pair in store. No big deal, things happen. Fast forward 3 more weeks and pair #2 stopped charging. Any thoughts?

I'm beyond frustrated. Nearly every time I pause what I am listening to I have trouble reconnecting. It connects fine in the morning when I first turn it on. Then most other times I have to turn it off, then turn it back on 2x to pair up and start again

Hello! No, it does not vibrate on incoming calls. But you can do phone calls with the JBL UA Sport Wireless Flex. You can answer and disconnect phone calls by pressing on the Play/Pause button.
