I have returned these to you. I worked with an agent in a chat to find earbuds compatible with a 3rd generation iPad Pro and these were recommended. I ordered them ( after checking your website) and when they arrived, the plug-in was totally wrong. Your website posted erroneous information. I found what I needed from Amazon, and now I’m waiting for my refund from you. Thank you.

These headphones are very affordable and their quality is amazing. I have had mine for about 3 years now and they sell some the same and I honestly have to say they're the best headphones I've ever had. They really block out sound and they say in even though I have small ears.

How do I unpaired my Samsung Galaxy Tab2 and then pair my Samsung Note 5 with an Ink'd wireless earbud?

These are not wireless. These plug into the 3.5mm audio port on your phone, if your phone has a 3.5mm port. Not all cell phones have this size port.
