With Total Mobile Protection Multi-Device, you can protect any three eligible devices on your Verizon account against loss, theft, damage and post-warranty defects, plus receive Verizon Tech Coach support for all of the lines on your account.
Receive a replacement device as soon as the next day. For cracked screens, same-day repair may also be available from an Asurion Certified Repair Provider.
You can share nine claims in 12 months across any three eligible lines on your account and there's not a need to register your lines until you file a claim.

Customers can enroll if their account has 3-10 eligible lines. They have 30 days from an eligible event to add TMP MD to their account. An eligible event is when one of the following occurs:
Enrollment in Total Mobile Protection Multi-Device provides you with three registrations, each of which provides an eligible line on the account with coverage for loss, theft, damage and post-warranty defects. For example, if you have a four-line account you can register up to three lines, each for loss, theft, damage and post-warranty defect coverage. Coverage is flexible because you do not need to register a particular line for coverage until you submit a claim on it.
*To qualify for TMP Multi-device your account must have at least 3 eligible lines which can share up to 9 claims
Cracked screen repair1 is now available at over 180 Verizon-exclusive carry in locations across the U.S. or you can have an Asurion certified technician meet you at your home or office.

Repairs can be done same day (in most cases) at a carry-in location or by having a technician meet you where you are. The repair and parts used are backed by Asurion’s 12 month warranty.

A: Equipment protection provides replacement and/or technical assistance services for your mobile device covering certain types of damage or perils that aren't covered by the manufacturer's warranty (e.g., loss, theft, and accidental liquid or physical damage). It may also cover certain defects after the manufacturer's warranty expires. Additionally, if your device has to be replaced, you'll benefit from expedited shipping.
