With Total Mobile Protection Multi-Device, you can protect any three eligible devices on your Verizon account against loss, theft, damage and post-warranty defects, plus receive Verizon Tech Coach support for all of the lines on your account.

Whenever a customer adds lines to their account or if an eligible event takes place. Enrollment must be within 30 days of their eligible event.
An eligible event is when a customer has one of the following on an account with 3 to 10 eligible lines:
Enrollment in Total Mobile Protection Multi-Device provides you with 6 claims that can be used for any 3 eligible lines on your account with coverage for loss, theft, damage and post-warranty defect. Customer does not have to choose which three lines are covered up front. That means all of the lines on the account are covered until a claim is made. For example, a four line account can register any three devices in the event of loss, theft, damage and post-warranty defect and use the 6 claims in any combination on those 3 lines, each for loss, theft, damage and post-warranty defect coverage.

A: Equipment protection provides replacement and/or technical assistance services for your mobile device covering certain types of damage or perils that aren't covered by the manufacturer's warranty (e.g., loss, theft, and accidental liquid or physical damage). It may also cover certain defects after the manufacturer's warranty expires. Additionally, if your device has to be replaced, you'll benefit from expedited shipping.
