  4. What is a headset, and where can I purchase one?

    A headset is an accessory that can be attached to a mobile phone wirelessly by Bluetooth® or with a wire. It has an earpiece and microphone, allowing a user to talk without holding the phone.

  5. What is a smartwatch?

    A smartwatch syncs with your mobile device so you can quickly and easily check new notifications, track your fitness and more. Check out the smartwatches we carry on the Wearable Tech shop page.

  6. What is Palm?

    Palm is a companion device that helps you stay connected when you're on the go, while still having your favorite apps available when you want them.

    About the size of a credit card and water resistant, you can take Palm anywhere. It syncs with your primary mobile phone, so you can feel comfortable leaving your phone behind as you’re working out, hiking and enjoying other activities away from your home.

    Palm uses your same phone number through NumberShare, so you can receive all your texts, phone calls and notifications, even when you leave your primary phone behind.

  7. What types of device chargers does Verizon Wireless offer?

    We offer many types of chargers, including:

    • Car chargers
    • Wall chargers
    • Charging docks, which you set your device in
    • Charging pads, pillows and plates, which allow you to charge a compatible device wirelessly

      Note: A wireless charging cover may be necessary to charge your device using one of these options.
  8. How can I check the status of an online accessory order?

    1. Go to the My Orders page in My Verizon.
    2. Tap the order to see its status.


    The status of the specified order will display for you.

  9. When and how long should I charge my device's battery?

    Since battery and charger types vary among phone models, it's best to refer to your device's user guide for specific instructions on battery-charging procedures.

  10. How long will my device's battery last?

    Battery times vary based upon the battery itself and your usage. Refer to your device's user guide for more information.

  11. My accessory stopped working. Can it be replaced under warranty?

    Your accessory may be covered under warranty. Refer to our Equipment Protection FAQs for more information.
