  1. What is Get More Unlimited?

    With our Get More Unlimited phone plan you get:

    • Unlimited 4G LTE (+75 GB premium data)*
    • Unlimited domestic talk and text
    • HD-quality streaming on 4G LTE (720p)
    • Unlimited mobile hotspot (30 GB)*
    • 50% off an unlimited plan for a connected tablet or Jetpack®
    • 500 GB Verizon Cloud storage
    • Talk, text and data in Mexico and Canada
    • Unlimited international texting from the US
    • Apple® Music
    • Verizon Up Rewards

    Unlimited 5G network access is included when you get a 5G phone:

    • Unlimited data on 5G Ultra Wideband
    • 4K HD streaming on 5G Ultra Wideband**
    • Unlimited mobile hotspot on 5G Ultra Wideband

    *4G LTE: In times of congestion, your data may be temporarily slower than traffic after 75 GB/month. 5G Ultra Wideband requires 5G capable device inside the 5G coverage area. $10/mo charge and credit for 5G access will appear on your bill. Downloads over 5G Ultra Wideband; uploads initially over 4G LTE, but will not count against your 4G LTE data plan.

  3. Which other plans can I have on my account along with Get More Unlimited?

    You can mix and match up to 10 plans on your account for your family's smartphones and basic phones. Choose from these phone plans:

    • Get More Unlimited, Do More Unlimited, Play More Unlimited, Start Unlimited
    • Above Unlimited, Beyond Unlimited, Go Unlimited - These plans can no longer be added to accounts. But if you already have any of these plans, you can mix and match them with our current unlimited plans.
    • Just Kids, our 5 GB/month child-friendly smartphone plan

    For example, you could have 2 phones on Get More Unlimited, 1 phone on Beyond Unlimited, 1 phone on Go Unlimited and 1 phone on Just Kids.

    Keep in mind:

    • You can mix and match with up to 10 phones total.
    • When you switch to an unlimited plan in My Verizon, you'll be asked to select a plan for each line on your account.
    • The Just Kids plan requires that at least 1 other line on the account be on a current unlimited plan.
    • Your account can have a total of 30 devices. So you can also have up to 20 connected device plans on your account if you have 10 unlimited and/or Just Kids phone plans.
  4. How do I get Get More Unlimited?

    If you already have a Verizon mobile phone plan: You can add a line or switch to Get More Unlimited:

    • On the Change Plan page in My Verizon.
    • In the My Verizon app: Tap the Menu icon. Tap Account. Tap My Plan and follow the prompts.

    If you're new to Verizon: Sign up for Get More Unlimited on our Verizon Plans page.

    Keep in mind that if you're switching to unlimited from a shared data plan, all of the phone lines on your account need to change to current unlimited plans.

  5. How many devices can I have on my account if I have Get More Unlimited?

    Your account can have up to 30 devices:

    • You can add up to 10 phones (smartphones and basic), each on unlimited plans and/or Just Kids.
    • If you have 10 phone lines, you can have 20 connected devices (e.g., tablet, smartwatch, streaming camera, etc.). Each connected device needs its own data plan.
  6. How can I get 50% off a connected tablet or Jetpack plan?

    For each Get More Unlimited or Do More Unlimited phone line on your account, you’re eligible to add 1 unlimited plan for a connected tablet or a Jetpack to your account for 50% off

    If you:

    • Already have a different data plan for tablet or JetPack - When you change to your new unlimited plan online or with the My Verizon app the 50% off is automatically applied. (If you have more than 1 tablet or Jetpack on your account, the discount is applied to the device with the highest value).
    • Add a tablet or Jetpack online or in the app - You'll have the option to choose the unlimited connected device plan at 50% off.

    Note: If the plan linked to the connected device is changed to a non-qualifying plan, the 50% discount is automatically removed.

  7. What happens if I switch my plan from Get More Unlimited to a shared data plan?

    If you change to a shared data plan (e.g., S, M, L), all lines on your account change to that plan too.* Also, if you're eligible for:

    • A $10/month per phone discount for Auto Pay and paper-free billing - You'll no longer receive that discount.
    • A military or first responder discount - Your discount will change to a percentage off the monthly service fee for your entire account.
    • An employer discount - If you're eligible for a discount because of your employer's agreement with Verizon and your unlimited plan wasn't eligible for the discount, that discount will be applied to your new shared data plan.

    *Exception: If you have a Just Kids plan and you remove all unlimited plans from your account, the Just Kids line will be suspended in 48 hours and will be disconnected within the next billing cycle.

  8. What's the difference between Get More Unlimited and Above Unlimited?

    Both plans give unlimited talk, text and data. Differences include:

    • Availability: You can choose Get More Unlimited as your phone plan. Above Unlimited can no longer be added to accounts.
    • Auto Pay and paper-free billing discount: You can get $10/phone on Get More Unlimited; $5/phone on Above Unlimited.
    • 50% off an unlimited plan for a connected tablet or Jetpack® with Get More Unlimited; full price with Above Unlimited.

  9. What video quality will I get with Get More Unlimited?

    Get More Unlimited gives you HD streaming on 4G LTE (720p) for smartphones.

    5G: If you have 5G network access with a 5G phone you can get 4k HD streaming when in a 5G coverage area.*

    *Requires 4K HD video streaming capable device and streaming service.

  10. What happens after I use 75 GB of data?

    When your Get More Unlimited line exceeds 75 GB of 4G LTE data during your bill cycle, most of the time you'll continue to enjoy the same great network experience.

    If you're on a cell site that's congested, however, your download may be temporarily queued behind other Verizon customers. This may result in slower download speeds relative to another Verizon customer's experience on the same cell site at that moment.

  1. How do I get Get More Unlimited for $50 per phone?

    Get More Unlimited pricing is based on how many plans you mix and match on your account and if you use Auto Pay and paper-free billing:

    • If you have 5 or more plans, you pay $60 for each line that has Get More Unlimited.
    • You can get a $10/phone discount if you pay through Auto Pay and paper-free billing. That means after the discount, your Get More Unlimited line is $50/month.

  2. Can I get a military, first responder, employee or business discount with Get More Unlimited?

    If you're an active duty military service member, a veteran, or a first responder, you're eligible for an account-level discount when you have 1 or more phones on Start Unlimited, Play More Unlimited, Do More Unlimited, Get More Unlimited and/or Just Kids:

    • 1 phone – $10 discount per account
    • 2 – 3 phones – $25 discount per account
    • 4+ phones – $20 discount per account

Get More Unlimited features

  1. What happens when I use up the 30 GB limit for Mobile Hotspot? Can I buy a Data Boost with Get More Unlimited?

    Get More Unlimited gives you a 30 GB allowance of 4G LTE data for Mobile Hotspot each bill cycle:

    • Once you've used the 30 GB of 4G LTE data, your Mobile Hotspot data speed is reduced to up to 600 Kbps speeds for the rest of the bill cycle.
    • Other data continues at 4G LTE speeds until you reach 75 GB.

    You can buy a Data Boost on a line to get 5 GB more of 4G LTE speeds for Mobile Hotspot to use until the end of your bill cycle:

    • Limit 20 Data Boosts per line per bill cycle.
    • A Data Boost won't extend your 4G LTE speeds for non-Mobile Hotspot data use. Once you've used 75 GB of data on a Get More Unlimited line, in times of congestion your data may be temporarily slower than other traffic. Visit our Data Boost FAQs to learn more.
  2. What are my Verizon Cloud media storage options on Get More Unlimited?

    500 MB of Verizon Cloud storage is included with Get More Unlimited.

Get More Unlimited and international service

  1. Does Get More Unlimited include data, calling and texting in Mexico and Canada?

    Yes. Get More Unlimited lets you use your domestic data, calling and texting allowances when you're in Mexico and Canada.*

    Get More Unlimited also includes unlimited international texting from the US.

    If you're going to countries other than Mexico and Canada, adding TravelPass to your account lets you use your domestic talk, text and data allowances in more than 185 countries. Learn more about TravelPass.

    *International data is reduced to 2G speeds after 512 MB/day. If more than 50% of your talk, text or data usage in a 60-day period is in Canada or Mexico, use of those services in those countries may be removed or limited.

Get More Unlimited and 5G Ultra Wideband access

  1. Can I get on the 5G Ultra Wideband mobile network with Get More Unlimited?

    5G Ultra Wideband network access* is included with Get More Unlimited.

    You get:

    • Unlimited data on 5G Ultra Wideband
    • 4K HD streaming on 5G Ultra Wideband**
    • Unlimited Hotspot on 5G Ultra Wideband

    You need a 5G-capable phone and to be in a 5G coverage area to access the 5G Ultra Wideband network. The option to choose 5G network access displays when you choose a 5G device:

    • My Verizon online – From the top menu, choose Shop, then Smartphones. Or choose Devices then either Add a line or Upgrade now. Follow the prompts.
    • My Verizon app – On the main menu, choose Shop and select a 5G phone. Or tap Devices, Add Device then select Purchase a New Device, choose Smartphones and follow the prompts.

    • The 5G network access fee shows as a $10 charge and a $10 credit on your monthly bill.
