  3. How do I update to iOS 10 on my iPhone or iPad?

    There are 2 ways to update your device to iOS 10.

    Over Wi-Fi:

    Note: Make sure your device has a strong Wi-Fi connection.

    1. Tap the Settings icon.
    2. Tap General.
    3. Tap Software Update, then follow any onscreen prompts to update.

    Through iTunes® on your computer:

    1. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes on your PC or Mac®.
    2. Connect your device to your computer with a USB cable.
    3. iTunes will ask if you'd like to update to iOS 10. Follow the onscreen prompts to update.

    You've successfully updated your device to iOS 10.
