If changing to a new device, ensure the content from the old device is backed up before activating the new device. For more information, refer to Verizon Cloud - Manage Settings.

- If applicable, install and configure Verizon Cloud.
- Contacts are automatically updated during the setup process.
- Unless the tablet has its own 10-digit mobile number, it's sharing a Verizon Cloud account with another device.
- Images may vary depending upon device.
- Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.

- From the Home screen tap the Apps icon or swipe up from the center of the display to access all apps.
- Tap the Verizon Cloud icon

If necessary, tap the Verizon folder then select Verizon Cloud.
- Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).

- Tap any of the following options:
Photos & Videos
- Select a sorting option:
- All
- Flashbacks
- Stories
- Albums
- Navigate to a picture then tap the Contextual Menu icon
(upper-right).
- Tap Select Content.
- Select the desired picture(s) then tap the Download icon.
