Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - HTC One® remix

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps icon (located at the bottom).
  2. Tap Settings.
    NoteIf unavailable, swipe down on the Apps menu, tap the dropdown menu Applications dropdown menu icon (beneath date/time) then tap Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons.
  3. From the PERSONAL section, tap Accounts & sync.
  4. Tap an account type.
  5. Tap the appropriate account.
  6. Tap Menu Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  7. Tap Remove.
