Add a Calendar Event - HTC One® remix

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps icon (located at the bottom).
  2. Tap Calendar.
    Note If unavailable, tap the Dropdown menu Applications dropdown menu icon (located in the upper left) then tap Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons.
  3. Tap Add + (located at top of the screen).
  4. From the WHAT field, enter an event name.
  5. From the TIME ZONE field, select a Time Zone.
  6. Set the date from the FROM field then tap OK.
  7. Select the start time field (next to the FROM date).
    Note If creating an all day event, skip to step 12.
  8. Set the start time then tap OK.
  9. Set the end date from the TO field then tap OK.
  10. Set the end time (next to the TO date) then tap OK.
  11. Tap All day if desired.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
  12. Enter a event location in the WHERE field.
  13. Enter the event description in the DESCRIPTION field.
  14. Tap the STATUS dropdown to select a status option:
    • Busy
    • Free
  15. To set a reminder (e.g., 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 days, 1 week, etc.), tap the REMINDERS dropdown.
  16. Tap SAVE.
