Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Brigadier™ by Kyocera

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings.
  2. From the Personal section, tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Corporate.
  4. From the Accounts section, tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap the Options icon Options (located in the upper-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. To confirm, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
