Remove a Personal Email Account - Brigadier™ by Kyocera

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps icon (at the bottom).
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. From the Personal section, tap Accounts.
  4. Tap the appropriate Email category (e.g., Corporate, Email, etc.).
  5. From the Accounts section, tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  6. Tap Options Options (at the upper-right).
  7. Tap Remove account.
  8. To confirm, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
