Check from Your Phone via the Visual Voicemail App

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon (lower-right).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Voice Mail Visual Voice Mail icon.
    Linote If necessary, tap Verizon then tap Voicemail.
  3. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message.
    Note If Voicemail does not automatically start, tap Play.
  4. If using Premium Visual Voicemail, view the text of the Voicemail (at the top).
  5. To enable or disable the speakerphone, tap the Speaker icon (lower-right).
    Note Enabled when a blue indicator is present.

Check from Your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is available)

  1. From a Home screen, tap Phone (lower-left).
  2. From the Keypad tab, touch and hold 1 (One).
    Note Alternatively, enter *86 then tap the Phone icon Phone Call icon (at the bottom).
  3. If prompted, enter the Voicemail password then press the # key.

Check from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon Wireless Coverage Area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    Note If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the # key then enter the Voicemail password.
    Note If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
