Reply to a Premium Visual Voicemail Message - Motorola

Note Only Verizon Wireless customers can receive Visual Voicemail messages.

  1. If applicable, accesss Visual Voicemail.
  2. From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, tap and hold a message.
  3. Tap Reply.
  4. To add an introduction message, tap Record (located at the bottom) to begin recording the voice mail message.
  5. When appropriate, tap Stop to discontinue recording.
  6. To review the message, tap the Play button (located in the lower-right).
    Note To re-record the message before sending, tap Record and tap OK to confirm then repeat step 4.
  7. Tap one of the following:

 

Voicemail
  1. From the "To" field, enter the 10-digit mobile number.
    Note As the number is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be taped at any time.
    Note Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  2. Tap Record (located at the bottom) to begin recording the voice mail message.
  3. When appropriate, tap Stop to discontinue recording.
  4. To review the message, tap the Play button (located in the lower-left; above the "Re-record" option).
    Note To re-record the message before sending, tap Re-record and tap OK to confirm then repeat step 2.
  5. Tap Send (located in the lower-right).

Text Message

  1. From the To field, enter the 10-digit mobile number if needed.
    Note As the number is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be tapped at any time.
    Note Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  2. From the Enter message field, enter a message.
  3. Tap Send (located in the lower-right).

Email

  1. From the To field, enter the email address.
    Note As the email address is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be tapped at any time.
    Note Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  2. From the Subject field, edit the subject (if desired).
  3. From the message body, enter a message.
  4. Tap Send (located in the upper-right).
