Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Sony Xperia® Z2 Tablet

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings.
  2. From the Personal section, tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Exchange Activesync.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
  5. Tap Remove account (located in the upper-right).
  6. From the "Remove account?" prompt, tap Remove account.
