Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange Activesync®) - LG G Vista

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Exchange icon.
  3. Tap the account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  4. Tap Menu Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account.
