Adjust Account Sync Settings - The new Moto X™

If you're not receiving email and app notifications, follow these steps to check your account sync settings.

Caution Frequent account synchronization can have a negative impact on battery life.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon.
  2. From the Personal section, tap Accounts Accounts icon.
  3. Tap the account type (e.g. Corporate, Email, Cloud etc.).
  4. From the Accounts section, tap the appropriate account.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Enable or disable the Sync settings as preferred.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
    Note The settings presented vary depending upon account type.
