Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - The new Moto X™

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps icon (located at the bottom).
  2. Tap Settings Settings icon.
  3. From the Personal section, tap Accounts Accounts icon.
  4. From the Accounts section, tap Corporate Email icon.
  5. From the Corporate section, tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  6. Tap Menu Menu (located in the upper-right).
  7. Tap Remove account.
  8. From the "Remove account?" prompt, tap Remove account to confirm.
