Remove a Personal Email Account - Samsung Galaxy Tab® S 10.5

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon.
  2. From the Account section, tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Email.
  4. Tap the appropriate account (email address).
  5. Tap the Menu icon Menu (located in the upper-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. From the "Remove account?" prompt, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
