Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange Activesync) - HTC Desire 612

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps icon (located at the bottom).
  2. Tap Settings.
    Note If necessary, from the Apps menu (located toward the left) tap Custom.
  3. Tap Accounts & sync.
  4. Tap Exchange ActivSync.
  5. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon located to the right of the appropriate account.
  6. Tap Remove.
  7. From the Remove account confirmation screen, tap Remove account.
