Verizon Ellipsis® 8 - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings > Accounts.
  2. Tap Personal.
  3. Tap the appropriate email account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Vertical Menu (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account to confirm.
