From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon (lower-right).

From the Apps tab, tap Voicemail
.
If necessary, tap Verizon then tap Voicemail.

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap Menu (lower-right).

Tap Refresh.

Check from Your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is Available)

From a Home screen, tap Phone (lower-left).
If unavailable, navigate: Apps > Phone.

From the Keypad tab, tap and hold the number 1.
If presented with a Choose Voicemail screen, tap Voicemail.
Alternatively, enter *86 then tap the Send icon
(at the bottom).

If prompted, enter the Voicemail password then press the # key.

Call your 10-digit mobile number.
If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.

As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the # key then enter the Voicemail password.
If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
