Verizon Cloud - Website - Delete Files in the Trash Can

Note Only compatible info is synced to the device.

  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon Home page, click Account.

  3. Click Verizon Cloud.

  4. Click Settings.
  5. Click Settings
  6. Click Trash.
    Click Trash
  7. Click an option:
    • Media
    • Contacts
    Click an Option
  8. Select the media you want to permanently delete by clicking the box next to that line item.
    Note File selected when a check mark is present.
    Note To select all the items, click the total number of files.
    Select a File
  9. Click the Permanent Delete icon.

    Note To delete all files: click the Empty trash icon Trash can icon (far-right trash can) > Empty Trash > OK.
    Click the Permanently Delete Icon
  10. Click OK to confirm.
  11. Click OK.
