Delete Files in the Trash Can - Verizon Cloud - Website

Note Only compatible info is synced to the device.

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon Home page, navigate: Account > Verizon Cloud.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Settings
  5. Click Trash.
    Click Trash
  6. Click an option:
    • Media
    • Contacts
    Click an Option
  7. Select the media you want to permanently delete by clicking the box next to that line item.
    Note File selected when a check mark is present.
    Note To select all the items, click the total number of files.
    Select a File
  8. Click the Permanent Delete icon.
    Note File selected when a check mark is present.
    Note To delete all files: click the Empty trash icon (far-right trash can) > Empty Trash > OK.
    Click the Permanently Delete Icon
  9. Click OK to confirm.
  10. Click OK.
