Verizon Ellipsis™ Jetpack® - MHS800L / MHS800LPP / MHS815L / MHS815LPP - Restore Settings to Factory Defaults

If your Jetpack powers off on its own, crashes and resets, freezes, won't charge or runs slow, view this info.

Note Attempt a power reset or soft reset before restoring to factory defaults.

Caution Restore Settings to Factory Defaults only if absolutely necessary as it:

  • Removes all modified settings including Network Name (SSID), Wi-Fi/Admin Password, etc.
  • Restores the default settings viewable on the external LED of the device.

  1. Access the Admin Web Interface.
    Note This is the only way to complete a factory reset on this device.
  2. From the left menu, click Jetpack Settings.
  3. From the Jetpack tab, click Factory Reset.
  4. From the Restore to Factory Defaults section, click Restore Factory Default.
  5. Click Confirm.
    Note After restoring to factory defaults, ensure Power Management Settings are set to the preferred options.
