A factory data reset may help with a blank or frozen screen, apps crashing or freezing, keypad/touchscreen problems, can't hear, device making noises, can't make or receive calls, and device won't sync.
Connect GizmoPal to the charger or a computer via the USB cable.
Quickly press the Call button 5 times.
When you hear the voice message instruct you to "press the button again to reset GizmoPal," press the Call button.
A voice message tells the user that the GizmoPal is resetting and will announce "Hello" when complete.
Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
