Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync) Sync Settings - The all new HTC One® (M8)

To adjust the sync frequency settings for your corporate email, view this info.

Note Available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings > Accounts & sync.
    Note If unavailable, tap the Dropdown menu Apps dropdown menu icon (beneath date/time) select Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons .
  2. Tap Exchange Activesync.
  3. Tap General settings.
  4. Tap Resolve conflict then tap an option (e.g., Keep items on phone, etc.).
  5. Tap Peak time sync then configure options (e.g., Push mail, etc.) as preferred.
  6. Tap Peak time then configure options (e.g., Days, Time, etc.) as preferred.
  7. Tap Off-peak sync then configure options (e.g., Push mail, etc.) as preferred.
  8. Tap Folder to sync then tap folders to configure sync settings.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
  9. From the CALENDAR SETTINGS section, tap Sync events for past then select the required option.
