Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync) Notification Settings - Brigadier™ by Kyocera

View this info if you're not getting notifications for your corporate email.

  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings > Accounts.
  2. Tap Corporate.
  3. Tap Account Settings then tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap Email notifications to enable or disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
    1. If available, tap Notification sound.
    2. Select the preferred ringtone then tap OK.
    3. Tap Vibrate to enable or disable.
      Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
    4. With vibrate enabled, tap one of the following:
      • Always
      • When vibrate only mode
      • Never
