Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync) Sync Settings - Brigadier™ by Kyocera

To adjust the sync frequency settings for your corporate email, view this info.

Note Available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.

  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings > Accounts.
  2. Tap Corporate.
  3. Tap Account Settings then tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap Sync settings then configure options (e.g., Sync Email, etc.) as preferred.
  5. Tap Days to Sync then tap an option (e.g., 2 weeks, etc.).
  6. Tap Folder sync settings then tap the appropriate folder to set sync options.
  7. Tap Period to sync Calendar then tap an option (e.g., 2 weeks, etc.).
  8. Tap a sync option (e.g., Sync Contacts, etc.) to enable or disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
