Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy Note® Edge

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps icon (located in the lower-right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Settings Settings icon.
  3. From the ACCOUNT section, tap Accounts.
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  5. Tap the appropriate email account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  6. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  7. Tap Remove account.
  8. Tap Remove account to confirm.
