Verizon Cloud - Android™ Smartphone - Delete Shared Media

Caution Verify the original file is stored somewhere before it's deleted from Verizon Cloud.

Note Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.

  1. From the Home screen tap the Apps icon.
    Note If not available, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud.
  3. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).

  4. Navigate to a shared file then tap the Contextual Menu icon (upper-right).

  5. Tap Select Content / Select Songs.

  6. Tap the shared file then tap the Contextual Menu icon.
    Note Selected when shaded in red.
  7. Tap Delete.
  8. When prompted with 'Delete Files', tap Yes.
