Reset Voicemail Password - My Verizon Website

Note This method requires signing in to My Verizon. To establish a profile, refer to Register for My Verizon.

  1. From a computer:
  2. Select the applicable device.
  3. From the 'Manage My Device' section, click Manage Voicemail Password.
  4. Select one of the following options:
    • Create my own password.
      Note Enter the new password into the following fields:
      • Create New Password
      • Confirm New Password
      Note The password can't have repeating digits (e.g., 1111) or consecutive digits (e.g., 1234).
    • Choose a password for me.
  5. Click Confirm.
