Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy Core Prime™

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Applications icon > Settings > Accounts
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account to confirm.
