Manage Interruptions - LG G3

Note Notes:

  • The Interruptions feature allows sound/vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
  • Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.
  • When Sound profile is set to "No interruptions" (silent mode), all notifications, including alarms, are turned off.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings > Sound and notification.
  2. Tap Do not disturb.
  3. Ensure Do not Disturb switch is set to on Switch on icon (located at the top).
  4. Tap sounds and vibrations then select one of the following:
    • Allow only priority interruptions
    • Total silence
  5. Tap the Back icon Back icon (located on the bottom-left).
  6. From the Advanced section, tap Select Priority.
    1. Tap App notifications.
    2. Tap the desired app to enable.
      Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
    3. Tap the Back icon.
    4. Tap Calls from then select the appropriate option (e.g., No one, Everyone, etc.).
    5. Tap the Back icon.
    6. Tap Repeated calls to enable.
      Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
    7. Tap Messages from then select the appropriate option (e.g., No one, Everyone, etc.).
    8. Tap the Back icon.
  7. Tap Schedule.
    1. Tap the appropriate option:
      • Weekend
      • Weeknight
    2. Tap Days then select the preferred days(s).
    3. Tap From then adjust the start time.
    4. Tap To then and adjust the end time.
    5. Tap sounds and vibrations then select one of the following:
      • Allow only priority interruptions
      • Total silence
    6. Tap the Back icon.
    7. Tap Save.
