Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - BlackBerry® Classic

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

Note The steps below are only applicable to corporate accounts setup via Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync. To remove an account associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), refer to Delete Work Space - BlackBerry Balance for assistance.

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings Settings icon.
    Note If not available, swipe down from the top of the display (where the time is located).
  2. Tap Accounts Email icon.
  3. Tap the corporate (exchange) account Enterprise accounts icon.
  4. Tap Delete Delete icon (located at the bottom).
  5. Tap Delete to confirm.
