Disable Automatic Configuration and Proxy Server Settings
If using VZAccess® Manager in NDIS (Network Driver Interface Specification) mode, the Automatic configuration and Proxy server settings are adjusted within LAN settings. Adjusting these settings may result in connectivity issues. The IT Administrator or ISP should be consulted before adjusting LAN settings.
From Internet Explorer's top menu, click Tools > Internet Options.
From the Connections tab, locate the desired connection (e.g. NationalAccess - Mobile Broadband) then click Settings. If using NDIS/LAN adapter auto-connect mode, click LAN settings (lower-right corner).
Ensure the following settings are disabled (unchecked) then click OK.
