If your device crashes, resets itself or freezes, it may be caused by apps and this info may help.
From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon > Settings > App Manager (Device section).
If unavailable, tap the Dropdown menu (located in the upper-left) then select Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons.
Locate then select the appropriate app.
If system apps aren't visible, tap the Menu icon (located in the upper-right) > Show system.
From the Show notifications section, tap Force stop.
From the "Force stop?" prompt, tap OK to confirm.
Tap Clear data.
This option may not be available for all apps.
Resetting an app doesn't delete personal content (e.g., text messages, pictures, contacts, etc.).
From the "Delete app data?" prompt, tap OK to confirm.
