Manage Interruptions - Samsung Galaxy S® 6 / S® 6 edge

Note Notes:

  • The Interruptions feature allows sound/vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
  • If default messaging program is turned off in Notifications, messages are not delivered even if allowed in steps 5 and 6 below.
  • Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings > Sounds and vibration (Phone section).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Do not disturb.
  3. Tap the Turn on now switch to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
  4. Tap Turn on as scheduled to turn on or off.
    • If on, do the following:
      1. Tap Days and select the preferred day(s) then tap the left arrow icon Left arrow icon (located in the upper-left).
      2. Tap Start time and adjust the start time then tap DONE.
      3. Tap End time and adjust the end time then tap DONE.
  5. Tap Allow exceptions.
  6. Select one of the following:
    • No exceptions
    • Alarms only
    • Custom
      Note If selected, configure remaining settings as desired.
