Manage Interruptions - HTC One®

Note Notes:

  • The Interruptions feature allows sound/vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
  • Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings > Sound & notification.
    Note If Settings is unavailable, tap the Apps dropdown menu Apps dropdown menu icon (located in the upper-left) then tap Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons.
  2. Tap Interruptions.
  3. Tap When calls and notifications arrive then tap Only allow priority interruptions.
  4. Tap an option (e.g., Indefinitely, For 8 hours, For 15 minutes, etc.) then tap OK.
  5. From the Priority Interruptions section, tap any of the following to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon :
    1. Events and reminders
    2. Calls
    3. Messages
      Note When Phone calls and/or Messages are enabled, tap Calls/messages from then select an option (e.g., Anyone, Favorites, Contacts only).
  6. From the Downtime (Priority Interruptions Only) section:
    1. Tap Days, select the preferred day(s) then tap Done.
    2. Tap Start time, adjust the start time then tap OK.
    3. Tap End time, adjust the end time then tap OK.
