Samsung Galaxy S® 6 / S® 6 edge - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts (Personal section).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  3. If applicable, select the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. To confirm, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
