Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - HTC One® M9

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings > Accounts & sync.
    Note If Settings is unavailable, tap the Dropdown menu Applications dropdown menu icon (located in the upper-left) then select Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons.
  2. Tap Exchange ActiveSync for HTC Sense.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove.
  6. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
