Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync) Sync Settings - HTC One® M9

To adjust the sync frequency settings for your corporate email, view this info.

Note Available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings > Accounts & sync.
    Note If Settings is unavailable, tap the Dropdown menu Applications dropdown menu icon (located in the upper-left) then select Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons.
  2. Tap Exchange ActiveSync for HTC Sense.
  3. Tap General settings.
  4. Tap Resolve conflict then tap an option (e.g., Keep items on phone, etc.).
  5. Tap Peak time sync then configure options (e.g., Push mail, etc.) as preferred.
  6. Tap Peak time then configure options (e.g., Days, Time, etc.) as preferred.
  7. Tap Off-peak sync then configure options (e.g., Push mail, etc.) as preferred.
  8. Tap Folder to sync, select a folder (e.g., Inbox, Trash, etc.) then tap OK.
    Note Folder selected when a check mark is present.
  9. Tap Sync events for past then configure options (e.g., 2 weeks, 1 month, etc.) as preferred.
