From the list of devices (at the top), select the mobile number the limit should be applied to.
From the left menu, click Limits & Controls to expand.
Click Limit calls.
Click No limit to uncheck the box.
From the minutes per month field, enter the minutes limit.
Once the limit is reached, placing and receiving calls is restricted (except to/from 911 and trusted contacts) until the next billing cycle.
Your child receives a free text alert when they're within 15 minutes of the limit; you receive an alert once they've reached the limit.
If your child calls 911, call limits are suspended and you must restart restrictions via the My Verizon website or the Smart Family parent app (Apple iOS / Android).
