Verizon Smart Family™ - Website - Remove Minute Limits

Note Notes:

  • To perform the steps below, you need to:
    • use a desktop or laptop computer with an updated web browser (e.g., Chrome™, Edge, Safari®, etc.).
    • sign in using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
    • ensure the child device is powered off prior to adding or removing blocks, restrictions, limits, etc.
  • These steps don't apply to prepaid accounts.

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
    Line note If using a smartphone or tablet, refer to the Android® or Apple iOS® instructions.
  2. From the My Verizon home screen, navigate: Plan > My Plan & Services > Manage Verizon Smart Family.
  3. From the list of devices (at the top), ensure the appropriate mobile number (that the limit should be applied to) is selected.
  4. From the left menu, click Limits & Controls to expand.
  5. Click Limit calls.
  6. Click No limit to check the box.
  7. Click Save.
