sign in using a
user ID or mobile number that has
Account Owner or Manager
ensure the child device is powered off prior to adding or removing blocks, restrictions, limits, etc.
These steps don't apply to prepaid accounts.
From a web browser, sign in to

From the My Verizon home screen, navigate:
My Plan & Services
Manage Verizon Smart Family
From the list of devices (at the top), ensure the appropriate mobile number (that the limit should be applied to) is selected.
From the left menu, click
Limits & Controls
to check the box.
