Verizon Smart Family™ - Website - Edit Time Restrictions
During time restrictions:
a child device can't call, text or use cellular data; however, 911 is always allowed.
can always call and text.
Wi-Fi can still be used.
certain data services and apps (e.g., Data Usage Meter, etc.) are allowed.
To perform the steps below, you need to:
use a desktop or laptop computer with an updated web browser (e.g., Chrome™, Edge, Safari®, etc.)
sign in using a
user ID or mobile number that has
Account Owner or Manager
ensure the child device is powered off prior to adding or removing blocks, restrictions, limits, etc.
These steps don't apply to prepaid accounts.
From a web browser, sign in to
From the My Verizon home screen, navigate:
My Plan & Services
Manage Verizon Smart Family
From the list of devices (at the top), ensure the appropriate mobile number (that the restriction should be applied to) is selected.
From the left menu, click
Limits & Controls
(to the right of the current restriction).
Click the 'Time zone'
then select the appropriate time zone.
Select (check) the days of the week.
Configure the start and end time.
Add Time Restrictions
Delete Time Restrictions
