Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - LG Lancet™

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the Start screen, swipe the screen left to display the Apps list.
    Note Alternatively, tap All apps All apps icon (located in the lower-right, may require scrolling). 
  2. Tap Settings Settings icon.
  3. Tap email+accounts.
  4. Touch and hold the corporate account.
  5. Tap delete.
  6. Tap delete.
