Configure Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Microsoft Lumia 735

Note Contact the Exchange / IT Administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.

  1. From the Start screen, swipe left to display the Apps list.
    Note Alternatively, tap All apps All Apps icon (located in the lower-right; may require scrolling).
  2. Tap Settings then tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Your email and accounts.
  4. Tap the Corporate Sync account (Exchange Activesync) then tap Manage.
  5. From the "Account name" field, ensure the appropriate info is entered.
  6. Ensure the appropriate info (e.g., User name, Password, etc.) is entered into the applicable fields.
  7. Tap Change mailbox sync settings.
  8. Tap the "Download new Content" Dropdown menu then tap the preferred setting (e.g., every 15 minutes, etc.).
  9. Tap the "Download email from" Dropdown menu then tap the preferred setting (e.g., the last 7 days, etc.).
  10. Ensure the appropriate Content to sync options (e.g., Email, Contacts, etc.) are turned On Switch On icon.
  11. Ensure the server info is correct.
  12. Ensure "Server requires encrypted (SSL) connection" is turned On Switch On icon or Off Switch On icon as required.
  13. Tap Done (located at the bottom).
  14. Tap Save.
