Configure Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Microsoft Lumia 735
Contact the Exchange / IT Administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.
From the Start screen, swipe left to display the Apps list.
(located in the lower-right; may require scrolling).
Your email and accounts
Tap the Corporate Sync account (Exchange Activesync) then tap
From the "Account name" field, ensure the appropriate info is entered.
Ensure the appropriate info (e.g., User name, Password, etc.) is entered into the applicable fields.
Change mailbox sync settings
Tap the "Download new Content"
then tap the preferred setting (e.g., every 15 minutes, etc.).
Tap the "Download email from"
then tap the preferred setting (e.g., the last 7 days, etc.).
Ensure the appropriate Content to sync options (e.g., Email, Contacts, etc.) are turned On
Ensure the server info is correct.
Ensure "Server requires encrypted (SSL) connection" is turned On
(located at the bottom).
