Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Microsoft Lumia 735

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the Start screen, swipe left to display the Apps list.
    Note Alternatively, tap All apps All Apps icon (located in the lower right; may require scrolling to the bottom of the Start screen).
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts.
  4. Tap Your email and accounts.
  5. Tap the Corporate Sync account (Exchange ActiveSync).
  6. Tap Manage.
  7. Tap Delete account.
  8. Tap Delete to confirm.
