Perform a Register Now

This may help if your browser icon is missing or you're having issues sending/receiving email or BlackBerry PIN messages.

If on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) or if Parental Controls have been enabled on the device, restrictions may be in place that prevent downloading and installing apps. Contact the BES Administrator for assistance with any BES related restrictions and check the device for Parental Control restrictions.

  1. From the Home screen All tray, select Options.
    Note To expand the tray, press the Menu button then select Open Tray.
  2. Select Device.
    Note Alternatively, for older software versions, select Options.
  3. Select Advance System Settings.
    Note Alternatively, for older software versions, select Advanced Options.
  4. Select Host Routing Table.
  5. Press the Menu button then select Register Now.
  6. Select OK.
