Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Samsung Galaxy J1™

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Applications icon (located in the lower-right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts.
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  5. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  6. Tap Menu Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  7. Tap Remove account.
  8. Tap Remove account to confirm.
